Major Donor and Relationship Fundraising Manager

From 21-35 hours per week to - suit the right candidate

London EC1

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per annum

Great opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to take a strategic role in the development of small but effective high profile charity.

Working Families, the UK’s leading worklife balance charity, is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced major donor and relationship fundraiser. We are at an exciting stage of our growth and the right applicant will work closely with the Chief Executive, Trustees, Patrons and Changemakers to maximise the generation of sustainable funds from individual donors to Working Families.

We are looking for someone with two years successful senior level relationship fundraising experience working with major donors, in addition to a proven track record of active involvement in developing a fundraising strategy. Excellent face-to-face communication and presentation skills are vital together with a confident and professional manner. 

Your success will directly impact our capacity to support working parents and carers (particularly those on low incomes) and help us to promote workplace cultures which support flexible working for all.

If you would like to join a small dynamic team, apply immediately. We offer flexible working arrangements and a holiday entitlement of 30 days pa + bank holidays, pro rata hours worked.
