This major conference will be your opportunity to hear the findings of an innovative piece of research into work-life balance in the legal sector.

Thirteen leading law firms have participated in the research which identifies what needs to happen to facilitate change in the legal profession. The research participants are from: Addleshaw Goddard, Ashurst, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Denton Wilde Sapte, DLA Piper, Eversheds, Herbert Smith, K & L Gates, Linklaters, Lovells, Nabarro, SJ Berwin and Wragge & Co.

Delegates will learn about successful work-life policies in addition to hearing recommendations for how the legal sector can more fully embrace the opportunities offered by flexible working.
